Senior Facilities Leader

Job Title: Senior Facilities Leader
- The position will provide exceptional property support services to stakeholders by coordinating responses to Government, customer and staff requests on the condition or performance of assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing best practice Asset Management policies and procedures;
- Collaborating with procurement to develop monitoring systems for supplier arrangements and consumables usage;
- Actively managing supplier performance against service contract deliverables;
Requirements:
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (10+ years) in the management of a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties;
- Demonstrated success introducing and aligning business practices and policies for procurement with regulatory frameworks;
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract management, including invoicing and negotiating terms;
