About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Content Manager Administrator to join our Passenger Transport (PT) Systems Support team in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and administration of EDRMS applications with a focus on application administration, testing, and providing outstanding customer-centric support to end users.
  • Provision of sound technical solutions and efficient management of day-to-day issues arising from the operation of EDRMS applications.
  • Development and delivery of effective one-on-one and group end-user training via online platforms, such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Development and ongoing maintenance of end-user training materials and manuals.
  • Proactive participation in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the system infrastructure and provide efficient system maintenance.
  • Perform core daily checks and ongoing system monitoring.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request processes.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate outcomes with a focus on building strong customer outcomes.
  • Act as a proactive and effective member of the TransLink PT Systems Support team and work with relevant stakeholders and project teams as required.
  • Demonstrated experience with the administration of Content Manager will be highly regarded.
