Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual content for various digital channels. As a creative professional, you will play a key role in ensuring that all materials are visually compelling and aligned with our branding guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the team to create engaging digital content, including presentations, reports, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud will enable you to produce polished designs, while your proficiency in PowerPoint and Word will facilitate seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Production: Create and edit engaging digital content, such as presentations, reports, brochures, and flyers.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all materials, maintain and update the corporate style guide, and design templates.
  • Video & Motion Graphics: Edit and produce video content using Premiere Pro. Filming experience on-site is a plus, and experience with After Effects is highly valued.
  • Microsoft & Adobe Software Expertise: Work with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) to create polished designs, and utilize Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Word) for seamless project execution.
  • Communication Support: Assist with internal communication activities, including events, presentations, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Project Management & Administration: Manage inquiries, provide project support, and maintain an organized file system.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in an in-house design role.
  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), with experience in PowerPoint and Word.
  • Filming experience and motion graphics knowledge (After Effects) is a bonus.
  • Excellent design sense, with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This package also includes a comprehensive benefits plan, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
