Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team in the role of Field Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results in demand generation, sales processes, and ABM trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete sales pipeline responsibility as well as accountability for all demand channels for solutions and territories
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, SDRs, partners and leaders to build strategic plans to engage target accounts and to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of target account marketing activities
  • Complete end-to-end coordination and management of regional target account programs including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting for programs to meet pipeline targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional solution-based Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to identify content needed for use in ABM campaigns, programs, and other initiatives
  • Track Target Account engagements, MQL activity, SQLs and opportunity creation, analyzing for optimization and rolling up reporting to management
  • Learn target buyer personas and tailor market and territory/vertical/account-specific value proposition to fit a variety of programs across the buying cycle
  • Create annual roadmaps and quarterly marketing plans for target accounts in both new logo and current customers
  • Work closely with Demand Gen and Digital Marketing team members to develop and implement our target account strategy
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS software marketing, demand generation, and sales processes
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field, MBA optional
  • 2-5 years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge in latest B2B demand generation as well as ABM trends with a track record of consistently delivering measurable results
  • Advanced knowledge of ABM/Target account tools
  • Experience and passion for performance optimization paired with strong analytical skills and metrics-driven decision making
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills in English, effective in both formal and informal settings
  • Ability to work and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & Agile marketing experience is a bonus
