Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead our team in designing and delivering strategic, high-impact programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue.

This role requires collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies, account-based marketing programs, and impactful events that engage target audiences at every stage of the buyer journey.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in B2B marketing with expertise in field, demand generation, or event marketing, and a proven track record of running integrated programs that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and impact revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic field marketing initiatives
  • Build meaningful, high-impact field marketing experiences for customers and prospects
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue
  • Cross-functional collaboration for maximum reach and input on all ABM programs
  • Alignment with the Partner organization to integrate partner-led events and campaigns into the regional marketing plan
