Fleet Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our fleet maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance services meet the highest standards, while driving continuous improvement and innovation within the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing robust fleet maintenance processes and procedures
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with teams and stakeholders
- Driving a positive, inclusive workplace culture through effective people management
- Motivating teams to deliver high-quality results while meeting tight deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
This is a full-time, permanent role requiring regular travel to our maintenance facility in Ormeau, QLD.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in Rollingstock
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or management
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Proven experience managing large teams and leading change initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels
