Customer Experience Ambassador
The role of Customer Experience Ambassador presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences at our historic sites. The successful candidate will provide high-quality customer service, interpretation, and information about our sites, activities, and events to enhance visitor engagement and achieve revenue targets.

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote positive interactions between visitors, staff, and the broader community.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to visitor inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Delivering engaging and informative presentations about our sites, activities, and events
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including visitors, staff, and external partners
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our visitors

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a museum or cultural institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Current Working with Children check and first aid certificate
