Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a museum or cultural institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Current Working with Children check and first aid certificate
