Welcome to our Student Experience Ambassador program.

What is this role about?

Responsible for offering peer-to-peer support, both on and offline, to aid the student experience, the Student Experience Ambassador will be an exceptional part of our team, working alongside the Wellbeing and Safety Manager and other stakeholders to make sure our Students have the best experience possible at our campuses.

For this specific role, we are looking for a current TUA student, who has great written and verbal communication skills, preferably having experience in the management of Social Media platforms and who can promote in different channels our ethos.

This is a casual role, open for current TUA or MDS students only, and can be based at any of our campuses across Australia and NZ.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Manage Emplifi from Monday to Friday, ensuring all comments are addressed and marked as completed within 12 hours.
- Regularly update your knowledge of university policies, courses, trimester/term dates, and entry requirements to provide timely, relevant, and accurate responses to inquiries and comments.
- Keep an eye on all university social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and reviews on all social channels to strengthen our online community.
- Assist in the development and creation of engaging social media content.
- Work closely with SRC team leaders, Student Ambassadors, and the marketing team to ensure social media content, events, and activities are relevant and delivered on time.
