Job Title

This role plays a crucial part in the company's success by focusing on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues.

The Talent Manager is responsible for fostering high-performing talent within the region and providing strategic support to injury management teams. The position also involves planning, executing, and facilitating training programs as well as driving recruitment and retention strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues
  • Conduct performance reviews, oversee training initiatives, and foster high-performing talent
  • Plan, execute, and facilitate training programs and drive proactive recruitment and retention strategies
  • Offer strategic support to injury management teams regarding Workers Compensation claims
  • Assist with recruiting and selecting key operational positions
  • Organise and coordinate reward and recognition events and activities across your portfolio

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Human Resources advisory or business partner roles, preferably in Hospitality or Tourism
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • An inclination toward collaborative problem solving to achieve desired outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, workplace relations, occupational health and safety, and legislative compliance
  • Self-reliant with initiative, sound judgment, meticulousness, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Exceptional organisational skills and an unwavering focus on detail
