Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Credit and Collections Specialist to join our Consumer & Small Business Credit team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and servicing our Consumer & Small Business segment for Australia & New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to customer accounts.
  • Assess and understand customers' financial situations to offer appropriate hardship solutions.
  • Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure all collection activities are documented accurately and thoroughly in our systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers in financial distress.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
