About the Role

The Canterbury Bankstown Youth Service (CBYS) is a leading provider of Specialist Homelessness Services to young people aged 16-25 years old who are homeless and have complex issues.

As a Residential Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing intensive case management support to clients, working with them to create holistic and strength-based individualised support plans.

You will provide evidence-informed, person-centred case management sessions, assist clients in achieving their tasks as per support plan and respond to referrals from internal and external support services.

  • Prior experience in case management working with vulnerable young people
  • Demonstrated professional approach to the role including maintaining professional boundaries

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the needs of young people experiencing homelessness and a proven ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2-year Diploma in Social Welfare or higher
