
Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for managing diverse queries regarding investments, superannuation products and platform services.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing client support and have excellent communication skills. You will work closely with other teams across the business to address client requests and cultivate strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Respond to client inquiries regarding trading, investing, contributing, superannuation and pensions.
- Troubleshooting: Provide support to clients navigating and transacting on our platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to address client requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years in client services or associate advisory roles in superannuation or investment platforms.
- Strong knowledge of retail superannuation and investment practices.
- Familiarity with operational or advisory duties within financial advice practices.
- Proven experience working within SLA-driven environments.
- A tertiary degree in a business-related field or relevant accreditation is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
