Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Client Success Team as a Specialist. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with existing and new clients, assisting them with their transition to our SMSF, Investment Management, and Corporate Compliance software solutions.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for all clients, and working closely with our Account Management and Sales Teams. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage high volumes of sensitive data will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist existing and new clients with their transition to our software solutions
  • Provide industry-leading customer service to ensure clients have a positive experience
  • Manage high volumes of sensitive data with discretion and accuracy
  • Facilitate client training sessions on BGL cloud products when required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage high volumes of sensitive data
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
