We're seeking a results-driven professional who excels at providing expert support to national clients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your product knowledge and system expertise to resolve client queries efficiently. You'll be working with our range of search-related products, including national, international, and Off-the-Plan solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities- Liaise with internal stakeholders and authorities to provide accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Identify, record, analyse, and verify reported issues, escalating to relevant stakeholders when required.
- Provide thorough resolutions to clients, explaining reasoning clearly and effectively.
- Communicate promptly, clearly, and accurately with clients and teams, meeting established service expectations.
- Maintain and meet national service standards, practices, and KPIs.
You should be highly organised and strategic, planning and prioritising work to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be building collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
