As a Clinical Transport Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and courteous transportation of patients with a variety of medical conditions. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining comfort and care during transit.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals across Victoria and some areas of New South Wales. With a focus on providing high-quality patient care, you will work collaboratively with other team members to develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and provide appropriate interventions on-road
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and treatment during on-road transport
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Work independently, exercising problem-solving skills within established policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
  • A minimum qualification of Cert III in Non-Emergency Patient Care, Diploma of Nursing, or equivalent
  • Availability to work 10 and 12-hour shifts across 7 days
  • Ability to drive safely in both city and country traffic conditions
  • Compassionate, professional, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service
  • Experience working in the NEPT sector is desirable but not essential
  • Satisfactory completion of safety screening, including a current Full Drivers Licence, State driver history report, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia
