Non-Emergency Patient Transport Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ambulance Transport Attendant to join our team. As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and transporting non-emergency patients safely and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and intervene appropriately during on-road transport
- Deliver exceptional patient care and treatment while ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers
- Foster positive relationships with patients and stakeholders through effective communication and teamwork
- Exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills within established policies and procedures
- A relevant diploma or degree in Paramedical Science, Health Science, or Nursing, recognized by RFDS or DHHS
- For paramedics qualified at diploma level: successful completion of clinical placements, a Clinical Skills Assessment, and a minimum of 400 hours operational experience under supervision
- Ability to work varied shifts, including 10 and 12-hour rotations across 7 days
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive in city and country traffic conditions
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Recognition of prior ATA service from other ambulance providers
- A favorable staff-to-patient ratio
- Predictable shift times
- Generous penalties and allowances
- A less stressful environment compared to emergency/pre-hospital care
