Job Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transport Care Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient care and transport services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective transportation of patients.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments and providing high-quality care during on-road transport.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • A Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance), or Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedic), or Bachelor of Nursing (with AHPRA registered nurse registration).
  • Experience working in the Non-Emergency Patient Transport sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Availability to work 10 and 12-hour shifts across 7 days.
  • Ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions.
