Job Description

This role is pivotal in driving transformative sales motions to accelerate cloud revenue growth. The successful candidate will act as a scalable subject matter expert, addressing complex growth opportunities to maximise value creation for customers through close partnership with Account Executives and Teams.

The role will expand the cloud footprint, guide renewals, foster solution expansion, and drive long-term growth through scalable engagements across a defined region and area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Accelerate a Healthy R4Q Pipeline Aligned with Designated Segments
  • Increase Deal Velocity as an Expert and Progress Opportunities Effectively
  • Grow SAP's Strategic Footprint in Industries with Ideal Customers and Maturity Stage
  • Position Value of Innovations - Focus on High-Propensity Accounts and Collaborate with The VAT to Drive Business Outcomes
  • Understand and Focus on the Customer's Business Goals and Desired Outcomes
  • Articulate the Expected Solution Value to the Customer to Achieve Their Outcomes
  • Bring in Domain Expertise to Accelerate and Expand Transformative Sales Motions Through Collaboration with Account Teams and Partners
  • Drive Continued Customer Success - Communicate the Value to the Customer and Ensure a Continued Path to Success
  • Support Renewals and Expansions by Recognising the Customer's Needs and Value
  • Secure Path to Deploy and Usage by Paving the Way for Incremental Consumption
  • Ensure Ongoing Success to Realise Sustainable Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of Professional Work Experience in a Client Management Role (Partner Director/AE)
  • Results-driven and Highly Familiar with a Software/Serviced Sales Environment
  • Excellent Conceptual, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Excellent Negotiation, Facilitation, and Influencing Skills at C-Level
  • Team-oriented: able to build strong relationships at every level of an organisation and Understands IT Challenges and Opportunities at an Operational Level
  • Has Developed, Communicated, and Delivered Large-scale Transformation Road Maps and Business Cases and Programs
