This international fashion business has a number of beautiful, trend lead brands in their portfolio. With stunning boutiques and beautiful concessions across ANZ, they are continuing to grow their store network.

We're looking for an individual who is passionate about the retail industry and wants to start their future career in this exciting sector without the weekends and late night trade.

**Job Description**:

The successful candidate will assist with the operation side to support the wider team. This role will be the main point of contact between stores and Head Office.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain the operations of the business
  • Liaise between boutiques/concessions and Head Office
  • Look for ways to optimise operations using your knowledge from being on the sales floor
  • Ensure the team have the tools they need to operate effectively
  • Project manage activities both big and small in conjunction with the HoR
  • Prepare and produce reports as and when needed
  • Arrange and supervise the audit process

**Requirements:**

  • Understanding of retail and how it functions
  • Strong and clear communication skills to deal with all levels of the organisation
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • Computer literacy and understanding of Excel and Outlook
  • Maintain flexibility as priorities can and will change at times
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure at times
  • Attention to detail
