Program Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Program Manager to support the expansion of our innovative early childhood program.

This role will be based between two locations, with a full-time position for an initial 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and implement databases and systems, recommending optimisations based on learnings.
  • Analyse trends and learnings from the pilot, providing reports and recommendations for improvements or solutions.
  • Provide support to families through the onboarding and lifecycle of the program.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar customer-facing role providing project support or relevant experience in health service delivery.

  • Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional level of customer care, administration skills, and attention to detail.
  • Sound experience with Microsoft suite applications and the ability to learn and implement new systems.
