We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key stakeholders and building trusted relationships to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving results in sales and experience engaging with key stakeholders on various job sites. They should also have knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the Building & Construction industry.

About the Role

  • Identify key stakeholders and build trusted relationships to drive business growth
  • Deeply engage with customers to increase awareness of our capabilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified new sales opportunities across the NSW region
  • Provide input on pricing structures and revenue forecasts
  • Note: regional travel may be required as part of this role

  • Proven sales success and experience engaging with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Building & Construction industry and its challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thriving under pressure and adaptable to change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel and CRM software
