Solution Sales Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Solution Sales Specialist to drive the sales of IAM and IGA solutions. This role involves collaborating with C-level executives to understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Drive the sales of IAM and IGA solutions, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
  • Engage with C-level executives to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Bld strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Sales Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on IAM and IGA solutions.
  • A background in SaaS and cloud environments is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives is crucial.
  • Experience in direct sales and solution sales (sales overlay) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans is required.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities is vital.
