About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Specialist to join our team at Grace Worldwide. As a Commercial Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packing and Unpacking: Carefully pack and unpack customer effects, ensuring that all items are handled with care and attention to detail.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload vehicles, ensuring that all items are securely stored and transported.
  • Paperwork and Administration: Read and complete paperwork required, including documentation and records management.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate regularly with customers during uplift and delivery, providing updates and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Warehouse and Vehicle Maintenance: Help maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment, and warehouse, ensuring that all areas are safe and secure.
Requirements:
  • Working With Childrens and White Card: Highly preferred, but not essential.
  • Driver's Licence: Must have a valid driver's licence, with a car licence as a minimum.
  • Customer Service Focus: Must be able to relate well to people and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hard Work and Reliability: Must be hard working and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
