Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team in Northern Rivers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating awareness about our in-home support and nursing services in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business development strategies to identify and cultivate key relationships with case managers and discharge planners in hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, day clinics, and aged-care facilities.
  • Implement a methodical call cycle to regularly engage with the target market and keep our services top of mind.
  • Work autonomously to manage up, be a great team player, and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of the Government funding environment for aged care & NDIS.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Ability to manage up, work autonomously, and be a great team player.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business development experience in hospital, aged care, disability care, or healthcare services.
  • Network of contacts within the health, aged care, and disability services sectors.
