Transformative Account Executive

Drive AI innovation and customer success in a dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and deliver customer outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders to promote mutually beneficial customer strategies.
  • Customer Advocacy: Proactively develop deep understanding of customers' business, industry priorities, and key partners.
  • Sales Excellence: Deliver consistent growth in revenue and market share through sales strategy execution.
  • Industry Knowledge: Build and maintain expertise on customers' industries, associated business strategies, and key solutions.

Requirements:

  • Enterprise Sales Experience: 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in a customer-facing role within the technology industry.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans that meet revenue goals and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across both internal teams and external customers.
  • Team Management: Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
  • C-Level Engagement: Experience engaging with C-level executives and leading executive-level business planning discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the education industry and associated trends, business models, and partner ecosystems.
  • Customer Success: Proven ability to deliver customer success through long-term engagement, advocacy, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Leadership: Experience leading extended virtual teams and navigating large matrixed organizations.
  • Microsoft Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft products, services, and partner ecosystem is a plus.
