LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is a renowned Australian hospitality company providing exceptional services to our clients and fostering a collaborative work environment for our staff.

We are currently seeking experienced Room Attendants to join our team at an amazing newly renovated hotel in the Yarra Valley. Part Time & Casual opportunities are available to suitable candidates.

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues alike.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, maintaining room pantries, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

You will also be required to assist with guest requests and collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of room servicing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • A willingness to work an average of 4 days per week
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The estimated salary for this role is between AU$25-30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
