Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Datacenter Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Integrated Planner / Scheduler to provide services for the Melbourne site in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and analyzing totally integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules. They will recommend solutions or recovery plans to mitigate schedule or cost impacts due to delays. Required weekly and monthly reporting as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Help develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) including timelines and dependencies for large-scale datacenter construction projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, and 10+ years of experience in planning medium-sized capital projects in data centers, oil and gas, or chemicals. Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management, and Key Commodity Tracking. Proficiency in Oracle P6 project planning software. Familiarity with Risk Schedule Analysis. Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
