Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and wants to take their career to the next level. You will work closely with our store teams to create an engaging shopping experience for our customers, while also driving business results.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a large format store environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including sales processes, visual merchandising, and stock management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication
