Assurance Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Assurance Specialist to join our Portfolio Management and Assurance team. In this role, you will work closely with project delivery teams to ensure adherence to assurance policies and frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate project health, viability, and alignment with objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating assurance reviews, data capture for projects registration, and monthly status reporting.

You will also participate in assurance reviews, gather information, review documentation, and draft assurance reports.

Gathering and preparing information for senior executives is also a key responsibility of this role.

Additionally, you will coordinate the monthly billing process, including interagency recharges, and report overdue reviews recommendations.

Liaising with key agency stakeholders to ensure project information and reporting is updated on a regular basis.
