Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team, driving assurance and oversight in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Lead, plan and perform structured reviews, challenge and support on all non-financial risk matters.
  • Develop and execute against a structured, risk-based assurance plan, creating capacity for targeted reviews as required.
  • Provide insightful assurance reports with clear actions and recommendations to contribute to the uplift in efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment.
  • Provide non-financial risk reporting to management and board committees as required.

About You:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing an assurance plan.
  • Extensive experience in operational and compliance, governance risk roles in banking or professional services.
  • Technical knowledge in non-financial risk disciplines, including operational risk, compliance, business continuity, policy, framework, project risk, resilience and IT/Data risk.
  • Able to develop strategic solutions, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to implementing and advancing Operational Risk Management Framework.
  • Proven project management and change management expertise.
  • Experience with review of complex risk issues and root cause analysis.
  • Sound negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
