Job Description

The Department of Customer Service is seeking a strategic and dynamic Manager to lead the implementation of our Digital Assurance Framework, and to provide assurance, insight, and confidence across major digital investments.

In this pivotal role, you will lead ICT/Digital Assurance across a diverse and high-profile program environment and provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead assurance across complex, high-value ICT and digital programs
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and investment outcomes
  • Provide high-level advice to senior stakeholders on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Influence and build trusted relationships across government and industry
  • Shape the governance and transparency of NSW's digital investments
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Assurance Leader with strong understanding of ICT/digital project delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement in dynamic, large-scale environments.

You will bring strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels to drive better outcomes for NSW citizens.

Benefits

This is a temporary full-time position until 14/8/2026.

The base salary for this role starts at $149,739 plus superannuation.
