Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with complex data and help drive business decisions.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for developing and delivering solutions to support critical decision making. This will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, extracting, transforming, and analysing data to inform business-critical decisions.

Your Key Accountabilities Will Include:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop business requirements regarding data and information management
  • Extract, transform, and analyse data to inform business-critical decision making
  • Create interactive dashboards that incorporate good visual design principles
  • Produce business-centric reports that identify and manage risks, issues, solutions, and controls
  • Support the optimisation of business processes
  • Undertake advanced data analysis to support electricity network strategy

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a formal qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Intelligence or an equivalent discipline. Ideally, you will have relevant postgraduate qualifications and experience with Alteryx and Tableau (or similar tools).
