About the Role

This key position leads the Periscope project, delivering analytics and insights to inform business decisions at every level. You will be responsible for aligning business intelligence initiatives with core strategic objectives, ensuring reporting and dashboards provide clarity to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a BI roadmap that translates organizational goals into impactful outcomes
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and the BI team to ensure outputs are relevant, understood, and actionable
  • Surface actionable insights from complex data and address data quality issues to support business metrics and decision-making
  • Promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making, transparency, and accountability across the organization
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities. They will have experience leading technical teams, preferably within an Agile or hybrid delivery framework, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end BI projects.
