Data Driven Decision Maker

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Officer to join our team. This is a hands-on role with strategic visibility, requiring strong business acumen and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to unify data across platforms, build dashboards, automate reports, and track key metrics to drive business decisions.
- Unify data from various sources, including Retail Express, Phocas, Shopify, and MYOB
- Create data visualizations and insights to inform business strategy
- Analyze key metrics, such as conversion rates, inventory levels, and supplier performance
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence or ERP systems, such as Power BI, Tableau, or NetSuite
- Able to simplify complex data and communicate insights effectively
- Confident presenting findings to executive-level stakeholders
- Opportunity to work directly with senior leaders to drive business growth
- No micromanagement, with autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of projects
