**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Officer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the overall quality strategy within our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate and engage production staff on good manufacturing practices (GMP) requirements and quality standards
  • Conduct daily checks and line-walks to ensure critical control points (CCPs), quality control points (QCPs), and X-Ray checks are met
  • Conduct GMP audits and internal audits to verify quality and production processes
  • Assist the quality manager with internal and external audits
  • Maintain site document control and procedures to ensure compliance with established practices and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry
  • Initiative and energy to deliver within deadlines
  • A strong passion for quality and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
