Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Food Safety Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cleaning audits and inspections in supermarkets to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Prepare accurate and timely electronic reports on service activities and audit findings.
  • Document inspection results, corrective actions, and client issues for effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement food safety improvements and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain and install hygiene equipment according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair non-functional equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Support new store rollouts by providing proper training and ensuring installation sign-off.
  • Manage safety data sheets (SDS) and maintain compliance with regulatory protocols.
  • Deliver training sessions as per contractual obligations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain tool kits and field test kits, replacing expired or contaminated items.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with monthly CMX platform reporting.
  • Travel regionally for installations and repairs as required.
