Job Title: Home Care Worker

At KinCare, we are committed to improving the quality of life and wellbeing for our customers through tailored in-home care services. We are seeking an experienced Home Care Worker to join our team in Parramatta.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to our customers in their homes, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, and social support.
  • Assist with medication management, mobility, and therapy goals.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with our customers, their families, and our team to develop and implement care plans that meet their individual needs.
Requirements:
  • 6 months experience in a support worker role, including personal care.
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
