Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced Home Care Worker to join our team in Parramatta. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to customers in their homes
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Help customers with medication management and mobility
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements:
  • 6+ months support worker experience including personal care
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle
