About Us
Job Summary:This role is responsible for leading and coaching a team of business partners to support operational leaders, driving site-wide initiatives, and providing guidance on employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and guiding P&C Business Partners in supporting operational leaders
- Driving enterprise-wide initiatives including performance reviews, succession planning, and salary adjustments
- Supporting recruitment, workforce planning, and talent management in partnership with the Group P&C function
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance resolution
- Advocating leadership capability and inclusive culture across the site
- Supporting enterprise bargaining and industrial relations matters
- Overseeing compliance, reporting, and payroll coordination
- Setting a high standard for safety, health, and environmental practices
- Contributing to continuous improvement and strategic P&C projects
About You
- You hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field
- You are a confident communicator, trusted advisor, and capable leader who thrives in dynamic environments
- Experience with enterprise bargaining, workforce planning, and HRIS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) is highly valued
- You are willing to relocate for this opportunity
