We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at NorthPharm Group in Darwin. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting health outcomes in our community.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality patient care and services, adhering to professional standards and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy assistants and interns, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical developments and best practices in pharmacy.
- Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy with registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and HMR accreditation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A sensitive and culturally safe approach to interacting with Aboriginal people and communities.
