Three Blue Ducks is a group of passionate, sustainability-focused restaurants with multiple locations across Australia. Our Byron Bay location is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard.
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Floor Supervisors, Section Waiters, Bartenders and Baristas to join our team in Byron Bay. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and a high level of hospitality
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a magnetic personality
- Maintain a professional mind-set and remain calm under pressure
- Perform barista work, run food, be a section waiter, host or bartender as required
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with previous section waiting, bartending or barista experience in either a restaurant or cafe environment. You should have good time management, multi-tasking and attention to detail skills. Some knowledge of wine, beers and spirits is also desirable.
