Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service professional to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.
The role involves ensuring customers have an exceptional dining experience, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The job requires answering phone calls, taking reservations, serving customers, and packing down at the end of the night.
We trade Tuesday-Sunday dinner from 5pm, which allows for a good work-life balance. We are closed Mondays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Taking reservations and managing table allocation
- Making beverages and providing exceptional customer service
- Packing down at the end of the night and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Able to commute to Greensborough, VIC, and have reliable transportation
