Front of House Staff Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Front of House staff at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences while working in a dynamic team setting
  • Develop knowledge of diverse cuisines and maintain up-to-date product information

  • Maintain high standards of food safety and occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a team to achieve business objectives
  • Understanding of food safety and OHS standards and compliance to ensure workplace safety
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
