About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at Ventia Pty Limited. As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet the highest quality standards by monitoring construction activities, inspecting installations, and verifying adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor all phases of Wireless telecommunications infrastructure construction projects to ensure compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections of construction activities, including tower installations and equipment installations, to verify quality, accuracy, and adherence to design requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks on materials, equipment, and workmanship to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and potential safety hazards, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop internal standards that consolidate and clarify Client requirements and train delivery teams to drive FTR outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities, and prepare detailed reports documenting findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices, and collaborate with regulatory authorities & third-party inspectors as needed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Telecommunications mobile wireless sector.
  • A background in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management.
  • Ability to conduct training on quality control processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrated auditing skills.
  • Sound organisational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and engagement with clients.
