Key Requirements

We are after a skilled and experienced spa therapist who can combine strategic vision with hands-on execution and has the ability to deliver under pressure.


  • Exceptional customer service skills - mastery of delivering personalized spa experiences.
  • Proven spa expertise - deep experience in luxury or premium hotels, across various spa treatments.
  • Strong communication skills - able to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • A growth mindset and resilience - able to adapt quickly and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
