The Return Operations team is responsible for processing customer returns efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels and maintaining Amazon's reputation for convenience and reliability.
As a key member of the team, you will provide on-site support for local return operations, ensuring all associates are equipped with up-to-date training. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and reporting on operational KPIs, including return processing time, item disposition rates, and backlog.
- Collaborating with logistics providers to plan labor, ensuring production continuity during peak periods.
- Conducting site walks to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Managing training programs for new hires and process launches, ensuring teams have necessary skills.
- Providing problem-solving support for complex issues and technical issue tickets based on feedback.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, minimum 2 years of operational background, proficiency in data analysis tools, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proven English communication skills.
