Job Title: Beverage Supervisor

As our Beverage Supervisor reporting to the Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire the Sports Bar team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity where you can put your Bar and Management skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for sports hospitality.

  • Ensure quality of beverage service to meet high standards
  • Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training needed
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences that are professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
  • Set specific daily performance objectives for team members and supervise the service flow
  • Making recommendations that will help maximise revenue and minimise costs

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectiveness.

Key requirements include ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlessly, 24/7 availability, adaptability to various scheduling needs, expertise in bars, building rapport with guests, and strong understanding of industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Beverage leadership, ideally from high-volume bars. They must have an inspiring leadership style, exceptional communication skills, be energised by challenges, passionate about their work, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
