Key Role for Ambitious Professionals

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Assistant Manager and be part of a collaborative team that creates moments that bring people together.

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and assisting guests. As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow the business through your own initiatives, bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests, and work with a hardworking team in a well-established venue.

**Job Summary:**

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests.
  • Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.
  • Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead, coach, and develop a large, multi-skilled team to achieve financial and business targets.
  3. Monitor and control costs, manage inventory, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  4. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team.
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets.
  • Highly developed customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
  • Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW (preferred, not essential).
