About the Position

The Human Resources Consultant provides expert advice and consultancy services to managers and staff across Bendigo Health. Working in partnership with managers, this role enables tailored people-focused solutions ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic human resources advice to managers and staff
  • Develop and implement tailored people-focused solutions
  • Promote and practice consistent interpretation and use of policies, protocols, and systems
About You

We are seeking a dedicated and professional human resources consultant with strong communication skills and attention to detail. If you thrive on building strong relationships, developing innovative solutions, and providing quality strategic HR advice, this role will be highly rewarding.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and create a professional working environment
  • Proven experience in interpreting and applying multiple Awards/Enterprise Agreements and providing high-level advice to staff and managers
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Salary

$92,856 - $102,653 per annum, plus generous salary packaging opportunities.
