Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and execution of HR-related tasks, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Review and rebuilding of systemized HR operations, fostering efficiency and productivity.
  • Management of business-related HR legislation and regulations, creating internal rules and ensuring compliance.
  • Providing guidance and advice related to HR matters, supporting employees and management alike.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, attracting top talent.
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurturing a positive working environment, promoting employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintaining pay plan and benefits program, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager, HRBP, or other HR-related roles at managerial level preferred.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Demonstrable experience with local Human Resources in Australia.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with a strong understanding of technology solutions.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills, driving innovation and growth.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Good knowledge of awards and HR best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, with a strong academic background.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
